Krupa Ravi is a promising young dancer who is endowed with a presence on stage that has been unequivocally appreciated by one and all. Tall and statuesque, with a lissome visage, Krupa brings to her dance an ebullience combined with a quiet strength and sensitivity of portrayal, internalizing as she does, the deeper meaning of her art. Following her debut at a tender age of 10, which earned her rave reviews and praises, she has been performing at various fora in India and abroad. Her freshness, graceful presence and sparkling footwork embellished with delicate and nuanced abhinaya make her performances unique and special. She has been training in the exacting Kalakshetra style since the age of five and has trained under eminent performing Gurus - Smt. Dolly Desai, of Gujarat, Smt. Jayalakshmi Eshwar, of Delhi, Smt. After graduating from TISS this year, Krupa is now based in Bangalore, working at Intel as an HR professional.
